Process Technology Route
Polyether adopts alkali catalyzed batch production process. The main process route is to use glycerinum as the starting agent, propylene oxide and ethylene oxide as the polymerization monomers, and carry out anionic polymerization reaction in the reactor under the action of catalyst KOH to produce polyether intermediates; and then take the polyether intermediates as the raw material, add ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in different proportions, and then go through the refining process of neutralization, dehydration and desalting and decompression distillation and removal of residual units to produce polyether polyol.
Process Technology CharacteristicsThis technology has the advantages of uniform molecular weight distribution of products, stable product quality and less three wastes. The energy consumption of the device is relatively low, and the purity of its by-product phosphate product is also high.
The reactor adopts a loop reactor and adopts external circulating injection to realize stirring, which can achieve better heat and mass transfer effect, higher capacity of single reactor, lower energy consumption, less investment, higher safety and reliability.
The device adopts full-automatic program control proposal and is protected by a safety instrument interlocking system, which provides strong safety and high reliability of the device process and equipment.
